Turn around time is currently 4-6 weeks! Please indicate at checkout if your plate is time-sensitive! IF YOU NEED YOUR PLATE WITHIN 7-14 DAYS PLEASE PURCHASE A RUSH ORDER!
Custom plates hand-painted and cured so they are safe to eat on! Each plate is hand painted and will vary slightly in color and design.
All plates are ceramic plates measuring 10.5 inches in diameter and made using professional, non-toxic, lead-free, food-safe paint cured so they are food-safe (not craft paints).
How to order:
Purchase your plate
Once you have purchased please click here. This is where you will provide color preference, theme, wording. Please email any reference images. Your plate will be painted based on how I, the artist, interpret your form. If you have a specific vision please provide more than enough detail!
You will receive a photo of your plate prior to shipment as well as shipping information. Plates ship out via UPS and typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
Plates will be ready for pick up or delivered via UPS in 4-6 weeks unless a need-by-date is stated on your google form.
IMPORTANT: PLATES ARE CUSTOMIZED TO YOU BASED ON THE DETAILS YOU PROVIDE - THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS - MY GOAL IS TO BRING YOUR VISION TO LIFE AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. - IF YOU DO NOT CORRECT AN ERROR PRIOR TO CURING AND/OR SHIPPING YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW PLATE. ALL FINAL PHOTOS SENT PRIOR TO SHIPPING ARE OF YOUR PLATE PRIOR TO CURING TO ALLOW YOU ONE BUSINESS DAY TO RESPOND BEFORE CURING AND SHIPPING IN CASE CHANGES ARE NEEDED!
